Alcohol Delivery: No Valid ID

If the customer can’t provide a valid government issued ID, you can cancel the trip. You’ll be paid by the customer to return the order to the store.

ID scan not prompted for an alcoholic item

If you have delivered an item to a customer that you believe was an alcoholic item, but the app did not require an ID scan, please reach out to support using the app to report the item.

We can then contact the store to ensure that each restricted item is tagged appropriately for future deliveries.
