If you are not sure whether the animal is a service animal, you may ask the rider the following questions:
1. Is the animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
If a rider states that the animal they are traveling with is their emotional support animal, or states the animal is not required because of a disability or has not been trained to perform tasks related to a disability, then you may complete or decline the trip at your own discretion.
