The Uber Shuttle is a service that runs on schedules between designated pick up and drop off locations. You can book your seat in the Uber app on a high-quality shuttle to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and convenient ride
Fares for Uber Shuttle are based on the route and number of seats you select. Fares are fixed and are not subject to surge pricing.
Use the Uber app to book and pay for your trip. Cash or other payment methods outside the Uber app are not accepted
You may find a promo is already added to your account after following these steps. This is because some promo codes add to your account automatically.
You can easily see if seats are available in the app. Trips can be booked up to 7 days in advance. By booking in advance, you ensure your seat is secured for your trip. Seats can fill up fast, so be sure to reserve early!
You’ll receive a confirmation ticket with a QR code and backup PIN. Scan the code as you board the shuttle.
You can track your shuttle and view the pickup location on the home screen of the Uber app starting 25 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. You’ll see the pickup location shown on the map.
If your QR code is not loading, you can give a displayed PIN code to the driver or staff. You may also contact Uber via in-app chat support.
To modify shuttle bookings you’ll need to cancel your scheduled trip and book a new one. Please cancel your booking as soon as possible to open your seat for someone else if you can’t make it on time. You may cancel your booking up to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time and receive a full refund. Bookings canceled within 10 minutes of your scheduled departure time are subject to 50% of the total fare as a fee. “No show” bookings are subject to the full fare.
To cancel a booking in the Uber app: 1. Go to Activity in the Uber app. 2. Select the trip you want to cancel. 3. Cancel the reservation.
You can then make a new reservation.

You can make a reservation at the time of boarding, as long as the shuttle has seats available.

Only service animals are allowed on Uber Shuttles. Pets aren’t allowed.
