The WAV option enables you to request a ride from a driver who has a vehicle equipped with a ramp.

• WAV drivers are certified by a third party in wheelchair securement and assisting people with disabilities.
• If there are drivers with WAV in your market, you can request one directly through the app just like UberX.

To request a WAV:

1. Open the Uber app and enter your destination
2. Swipe up to select WAV among the vehicle options
