How tipping works with vouchers

Organizations can decide whether to cover tips on vouchers; tipping will be covered by default.

If a customer decides to tip:

• Any tip added will be covered up to the remaining voucher value.
• If the tip causes the full trip price to go over what is covered, the additional amount is charged to the customer’s default payment method.

You may want to inform customers if vouchers will not cover tips so they’re not surprised when the tip is charged to their default payment method.
