Work Hub

You can add new earning opportunities to your account or change your earning preferences easily with the Work Hub. The Work Hub shows relevant rides and delivery opportunities available for your location and lets you know if you can add them to your account.

To access the Work hub: 1. Select the hamburger (=) menu in the top left. 2. Select Account. 3. Select Work Hub.

Each opportunity will include: * Short description of the opportunity * Opportunity status

Select an opportunity to learn more about it and your status:

  • Approved—These opportunities are active on your account.
  • Accessible—You’re eligible to opt into and activate these opportunities.
  • Confirmed—You’ve opted into these opportunities, but they are not yet active.
  • Needs attention—These are opportunities you’ve opted into but cannot currently access due to expired documents or other compliance issues. Select the opportunity to learn more about what you can do to get back on the road.

If you’d like to add a new earning opportunity to your account, select the Add button next to it. Note that each earning opportunity may have unique documents required for approval. The Work Hub will guide you through the requirements, and you can also access these in the Document Center at a later time.
