In case of low batteries, you should rely on a powerbank instead of using another phone.

What should I do if my phone is broken, lost, or I need to switch devices permanently?

If your device is broken or lost and you need to switch to a new, permanent device, you should reach out to your courier coordinator on Discord.

However, it should be noted that changing devices should not happen often and might lead to a review of your account, and ultimately to the termination of your assignment.
