In most locations, the gross fare for delivery trips that involve one pickup and multiple dropoffs is calculated by adding together:
- Pickup: A fixed fee for picking up the order from the restaurant
- Dropoff: A fee for each stop you make to drop off an order. For example, if you drop off 2 separate orders in a single delivery trip, you’ll receive 2 dropoff fees.
- Distance traveled: Based on the distance of the most efficient route from the pickup location to the last dropoff location. You can find the total distance of your route in the Earnings Activity section of your app.
An Uber fee is subtracted from the gross fare to calculate your net earnings for the trip.
