Insulated bag requirements

Your bag must be insulated and have the minimum size dimension (length x width x height) to meet the requirements from stores:

  • Standard bag: 15in x 12in x 5in
  • Pizza bag: 18in x 18in x 5in
  • Large bag: 21.5in x 13.75in x 13.75in

Depending on the size, bags can be approved for up to all 3 order types. Any insulated delivery bag is acceptable, even if branded with another company name.
