How do I know if my vehicle is eligible?
The minimum year of the vehicle is 7 years. All eligible vehicles must be Zero Emissions Vehicles (ZEVs), which are defined to be any vehicle that uses a propulsion technology which does not produce internal combustion engine exhaust or other carbon emissions when it operates.
