When you submit a selfie to our support team, it is reviewed by a support specialist. The specialist compares the selfie with your profile picture and with photos you might have previously uploaded to confirm your identity. This usually takes a few hours to complete.
Important tips:
- Ensure your face and neck fits inside the white lines
- Remove any helmet, sunglasses, or mask
- Hold your phone steady to avoid blurriness
- Try to avoid taking a photo in poor lighting, or with any distortions in the selfie including any reflection in your glasses (if any)
- Make sure your profile photo is up to date by contacting Support in-App
- Don’t take a photo of a photo or of someone/something else
