Access Uber Direct Chat Customer Service

  • Log in to the Uber Direct Dashboard
  • Click the chat bubble located in the bottom-right corner to initiate a conversation with the support team.

Provide the Order Number For inquiries related to specific orders, provide the Order Reference in your chat. This helps our support representative quickly verify the pickup location and delivery details.

Find Order Information on the Dashboard: * Use the search function on your Uber Direct Dashboard homepage to locate orders using your custom store order ID, Uber order ID (5 digits), recipient’s name, or delivery address. * Alternatively, navigate to the “Today” or “Past Deliveries” sections to locate the specific order and its associated Tracking URL.

Share the Tracking URL with Support: Copy the Tracking URL from the dashboard and paste it into the chat window. This enables the support agent to quickly confirm details such as the order number, pickup location, and delivery specifics. Clearly describe your issue to assist the agent in promptly investigating and resolving your query.

NOTE: If you’re unable to locate the Tracking URL, please provide the Uber Order ID along with your store name to assist our support team in retrieving your order details.
