Uber has partnered with Verizon to offer eligible consumers the option to purchase an Uber One membership through the Verizon +play store. Some consumers may qualify for a free trial.

Uber One members get the following perks from merchants that have the gold Uber One icon:

• $0 Delivery Fee plus up to 10% off eligible orders. A $15 minimum order is required to receive $0 Delivery Fee and up to 10% off from participating non-grocery stores, and a $35 minimum is required on participating grocery stores for $0 Delivery Fee and 5% off.
• Member pricing on eligible rides. Look for the Uber One icon to see where your benefits apply.

Taxes and fees, if applicable, aren’t included in order minimums. Membership savings are applied as a reduction to service fees. Other fees and exclusions may apply.

Billing and payment questions

Since members are enrolled in Uber One through Verizon +play, all billing and payment-related issues are handled by Verizon.

To manage your membership:

1. Select Account in the lower-right corner
2. Select Uber One
3. Select Manage membership through Verizon

Canceling memberships

Uber One members who are enrolled through Verizon +play and wish to cancel their membership must do so through the +play website.

To cancel your membership:

1. Select Account in the lower-right corner
2. Select Uber One
3. Select Manage membership through Verizon
