How and when should I redeem my ticket?

To redeem your ticket:

1. Open the Uber app and tap the menu icon.
2. Select “Transit Tickets”.
3. Tap “Activate” on the ticket details to display the QR code. You must do this before you can board.
4. Scan or display the QR code when you reach your bus or train.

You must activate your ticket before boarding.
