Tipping on business rides

Whether you’ll pay for tips on business rides depends on your company’s expense policy.

If your company covers the full cost of trips, any tips to drivers will be charged to the company account.

If you were asked to add a second payment method when you joined your company’s business account, the administrator on the account set rules around spending allowances. This means that ride payments will be charged to the company’s account, but tips and ride payments that exceed the spending allowance will be charged to your personal payment method.

Tipping is not available in all countries.
