What is Uber One?
The “Uber One” is a subscription service that offers great deals on Uber rides / Uber Eats orders.
＜ Uber Eats Benefits ＞
For orders exceeding 1,200 yen from eligible restaurants or 1,400 yen from eligible convenience stores or 3,000 yen from eligible non-convenience stores and non- restaurants (excluding service fee, marketplace fee, delivery fee, and small order fee) including tax, the delivery fee will be free.
Service fee discount（Restaurant Only）: Service fees charged per order are discounted by up to 30%.
Increase the chance of being matched with higher rated delivery person.
VIP Phone Support (Annual Plan Only) Annual plans offer VIP phone support only for orders in progress.
＜ Uber Rides (Taxi/Premium) Benefits＞
Increase the chance of being matched with higher rated drivers
10% Uber One credits back on eligible Uber Taxi Rides and Uber Premium Rides (see here for available areas).
Note：
Higher rated delivery person for Uber Eats are highly rated delivery person selected by Uber Eats at its discretion and may not be available for every order.
Higher rated drivers for Uber (Taxi/Premium) are highly rated drivers selected by Uber at its discretion and may not be available for every ride.
Uber One Credit will be applied to your account within 10 days and will expire after 60 days. Uber One credits will be deducted from the price of the ride before the application of any promotions and will not be earned for the portion of the fare paid with Uber One credits.
Can I share my Uber One with others?
Uber One can only be used with the registered account of the ordering / riding customer. You are not allowed to lend your Uber One to others. Please note that this is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in the suspension of your account.
Can I use Uber One with other Promos?
Uber One and promotions can be used together. Uber One benefits apply first. The terms and conditions of each promotion vary. If you wish to use Uber One and a promotion at the same time, please review Uber One benefits and the terms and conditions of each promotion before using.
How to calculate when combined with other promo codes
Firstly the Uber One’s 5% discount will be deducted from the bill, secondly by the promotional discount. Therefore, the discount rate may differ as a result of truncation of a small number.
