Replacements

When you place an order, you are asked to provide instructions for what to do if an item is out-of-stock or unavailable.

In your app, please be sure to edit replacement or note depending on your preference. You can edit your preferences before placing your order and confirm they’re correct before check-out.

  • If you select “Best match”, your shopper will select an item of similar price and quantity.
  • However, you can also select “Specific item”, and your shopper will select the specific replacement item or use “Best match” if that item is unavailable
  • You can also select “Refund Item” if you would prefer to receive a refund instead of a replacement item

Please note that the Merchant or Shopper may reach out to you during your shopping process. Please be available to approve or reject the replacement items, otherwise the shopper will check out with the best available option.
