To check the status of my order, follow these steps in the Uber Eats app:
1. From your list of orders, tap "Track Order"
2. Possible order status are:
- waiting for the restaurant to confirm they've received your order
- in the process of being prepared
- on the way from the restaurant to you
If you need help with an order, call the restaurant directly.
1. Access the order progress screen
2. Swipe up until you see a section called 'Contact Restaurant'
3. Tap the phone icon
