If you see an extra charge on your account, it is most likely an authorization hold. When you place an order, an authorization hold is created to confirm your funds are available. These are not payments.
Authorization holds are temporary. We reverse them within hours of your delivery or cancellation. It may take a few business days for the bank to remove the hold.
This process allows us to prevent fraud and ensure that you don’t need to add a payment method after each order or trip.
