Account activation status

If you are looking for a list of documents to become a delivery person on the Uber Driver app, go to the link below.

If you’ve been notified that one of your documents is rejected or expired, go to the link below.

Below is the timeframe of account activation:

• Once you submit all the required documents, your document should be processed within the next 2 hours
• If you complete the delivery impairment education, it may take 24 hours to reflect on your account
• Once all of your documents are approved and you complete all other steps, your account will be automatically activated within 24 hours

You will receive an email and push notifications from Uber once your account is activated.

If you have not received a notification yet, please follow these troubleshooting tips:

• Make sure that all of the required documents are uploaded to your profile. If a document has been rejected, it will need to be reuploaded
• Sign the agreement and add a profile photo to complete the signup

If it has been more than 72 hours and you haven’t received a notification about your account activation, let us know below and we’ll look into it for you.
