The following accessorial policy applies to loads tendered to the Uber Freight brokerage by customers using the Uber Freight Shipping platform. If you have any questions about the accessorial policies that apply to your load, please contact inbound support at (877) 289-8237.
Payment through ACH must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. If you have a credit card setup as payment, the credit card will automatically be charged on the date the invoice is generated.
Accessorial rates will be determined by the currency of the linehaul on the rate confirmation. These rates are subject to verification and change at Uber Freight’s discretion. Customers will be notified in the event of changes.
Extra charges will apply to any unplanned route deviation. For charge amounts please email shipper-support@uber.com.
