How to get listed as allergy friendly

Merchants can decide to let customers request accommodations based on food allergies. You can review allergy requests prior to accepting and pass on orders you can't accommodate.


1. Go to "Settings" in Restaurant Manager
2. Find the "Let customers share food allergies?" section
3. Toggle the button to "On"

By opting in to this feature, you'll appear to customers who search for allergy friendly restaurants. Customers will be able to select or add allergy requests to specific items when adding them to the cart. You agree that you're responsible for accommodating customer allergy requests.

To turn this feature off, follow the steps above and toggle the button to "Off".
