QUESTION: Why am I not able to log in?
You have 2 ways to log in to Uber Eats Manager.
1. Log in with your Uber Eats Manager credentials:
- Enter your email address/phone number and password associated with Restaurant Manager.

2. Log in with your Restaurant Dashboard credentials:
- Enter your email address/phone number and password associated with Restaurant Dashboard.
- Next, enter your PIN associated with Restaurant Dashboard.

QUESTION: How do I enable push notifications?
1. Open Uber Eats Manager and go to "Account".
2. Tap "Notification settings".
3. Customize the notifications you want to receive.

QUESTION: What does "Sales" mean in the app? Order volume? Ticket size? Downtime?
- Sales: The total value of items sold plus applicable taxes. Sales does not include delivery charges, other fees or taxes, or deductions for Uber's fees, so it is not representative of your payout. See your Payment Details report for payout information.
- Order Volume: The number of orders your restaurant completed. Canceled or undelivered orders are included if you received payment for them.
- Ticket Size: The average value of items sold per order, including applicable item sales tax.
- Downtime: How long your restaurant was unavailable during your menu hours.

QUESTION: How do I view my sales or operations for a different range of time?
1. Go to the homepage and navigate to the top of the screen.
2. Scroll to the right to view all options.
3. Choose the time range you want to view: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 12 Weeks, Last 12 months.

QUESTION: How do I refresh my data?
Pull down the home screen to refresh your data and see the most up-to-date business metrics.

QUESTION: Why aren't all my stores appearing in the app?
All stores must be associated with your Uber Eats Manager credentials. If a store is not associated with the email or phone number used to log in, the store will not appear in Uber Eats Manager.

Note: Each store will include your external store ID and address. Stores are listed in alphabetical order.

QUESTION: How do I filter my stores so I can view some stores or all stores?
1. Go to the homepage and navigate to the top of the screen.
2. Tap the dropdown menu.
3. Select the stores you want to view.
4. Tap "Apply".

Additionally, you can tap "Stores" at the bottom of the screen to see: the current status of each store, sales, and orders. Tap a specific store to view more details.
