If you’re not receiving trip requests, try the below steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Visit the Help Guide: Click on the troubleshooting link for a list of solutions tailored to address this problem.

  2. Reset your Filters in the Preferences Hub: If a trip type is turned off, this will affect the number of requests you receive. To reset your filters and receive all trip types, tap reset.

  3. Reference the Heatmap Use the heatmap to find the best areas and times to drive around you.

  4. Restart Your Device: Sometimes, simply restarting your phone can fix connectivity issues.

  5. Check the Work Hub: Select the menu in the top left of the app, then click Account > Work Hub to see what earnings opportunities are available to you.
