You can cancel your membership in the app or online at any time. Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day to avoid incurring the charge for the next billing cycle. You may also seek assistance from in-App help support if it is within 48 hours.
To cancel your membership / auto-renew subscription:
After canceling your membership, you’ll still have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
If you want to switch your membership plan from monthly plan to annual plan
As a reminder, if you change to “Annual Plan”, it will be effective after the end of the current “Monthly Plan”.
