A complete file consists of the following documents:
1/ Proofs of professional experience
Are you a fleet or independent driver?
- DRE license of more than one year
- License original copy
- KBIS extract
Are you an employee driver?
- A minimum of 12 payslips corresponding to a full-time job over one year
- The work contract(s) related to the period in question
Are you a self-employed or independent driver?
- KBIS extract OR Siren extract (INSEE) with a copy of the self-employed card
- Report or any other proof of transport activity for a minimum period of 1 year
- Photocopy of the professional Taxi card
2/ Administrative documents for ALL equivalency requesters
- Completed and signed application form for a VTC card (list of forms by prefecture below)
- Photocopy of a valid ID (front/back)
- Photocopy of the driver’s license of more than 1 year old (front/back)
- Certificate of medical fitness (less than 2 years old) delivered by a certified doctor (list of certified doctors below)
- Proof of address to your name less than 3 months old
- 2 official passport photos
