How Can I request a moto trip?

To request an Uber Moto trip follow these steps:

1. Open your app and enter your destination in the “Where to?” field.
2. Swipe up to see all available vehicle options in your area. Select Uber Moto and click the continue button.
3. It may be that you need to confirm the meeting place. In this case, move the pin to the location on the map or add the address manually. After that, just click the button to continue.
4. Once a driver accepts your request, you will see the location and estimated time of arrival on the map.

Uber Moto does not appear in my vehicle options

To confirm that Uber Moto is available in your city, you should check the available options when requesting a ride in your app or through the Find a city page.

If Uber Moto does not appear, it means that it is not yet available in your region.

What if I lose an item while traveling?

If you’ve left any items in the vehicle during the trip, try to contact the driver partner to verify the best way to retrieve the object. Although we do not have a fee for returning lost items on Uber Moto trips, we recommend that you reward the driver for the trip, for more information see:
