How do I cancel an order?

Please note you will not be paid for orders that you choose to cancel.

To cancel an order:

1. Open Uber Eats Orders.
2. Tap the order.
3. Tap “Manage Order” in the top right corner.
4. Tap “Cancel order”.
5. Enter your cancellation reason.

The customer will receive a notification that their order could not be fulfilled.
