Notes on Contacting Support

Due to our privacy policy, when you contact support, we will verify your account with our restaurant partners. The information used to verify your account depends on the nature of your inquiry. Please see below for details.

For inquiries such as updating menu photos, updating menus, etc.

  1. Store name
  2. Full name
  3. Registered e-mail address

For inquiries such as changing your email address or phone number registered with Uber Eats, resetting your password, updating your account information, changing ownership, changing the location of your business, changing the name of your restaurant, etc.

Please contact our support using a registered email address with the following information.

  1. Store name
  2. Full name

Note ①: When contacting Uber, you will need to provide the restaurant name registered with your Uber account. You can check your registered restaurant name using the methods below: * Uber Eats Orders: open the menu from the top left “Ξ” icon on the screen. Your restaurant name will be displayed at the bottom. If it is not displayed, go to Settings > Store Info to check your restaurant name. * Uber Eats Manager: your restaurant name is displayed in the top left corner of the screen.

Note ②: Support is provided in one email thread per inquiry. In the unlikely event that you discontinue support and wish to make a new, similar inquiry, please provide us with the “Inquiry Number” listed in your existing support. We will review the above information and previous information you have provided and continue.
