Your Android tablet is compatible with four printer models:
- TSP143IIIBI (Android & Apple).
- Star SM-L200 (Android).
- Epson TM-m30c (Android).
- Epson TM-m10 (Android)
First, connect your tablet to the printer:
- Go to SETTINGS then BLUETOOTH to check that Bluetooth is activated on your tablet.
- Turn on the printer using the power button.
- For TSP654IIBI-24 only: locate the PAIR button on the back of the printer. Long press it (about 5 seconds). The LED should then start to flash green.
- On the tablet, in SETTINGS, find the printer in the list of detected Bluetooth devices. Its name is TPS… When the printer name appears, tap it. Pairing should then complete.
- Check that the printer is CONNECTED in the list of detected Bluetooth devices.
Then activate printing in the Uber Eats app:
- Tap the question mark icon in the lower right.
- Select SETTINGS.
- Select PRINT INVOICES.
- Use the slider to activate invoice printing.
- If your printer is successfully paired with your device, the printer model is automatically selected.
- If you have more than one Bluetooth device, you may need to select your printer model from the drop-down menu.
- Once the printer is enabled, select TEST PRINTER to verify that the printer is correctly paired with Uber Eats Orders.
- In Uber Eats Orders, print an order by tapping the print icon for an individual order.
