After every completed trip you will be asked to rate your driver between 1 and 5 stars. When a trip is canceled, neither the rider nor the driver will be able to leave a rating.
Please take time to consider the most appropriate rating for the driver's behavior during the trip. We do not change driver ratings once they have been entered into the app.
Having trouble choosing a rating for your driver? Here are a few tips:
-Most riders provide a 5-Star rating for drivers unless there was an issue with the trip
-If we see a 1-Star rating, it typically means that there is a serious problem with a driver
If you give a driver less than 5 stars, you'll see a list of common driver issues you can choose from to provide more specific feedback.
