I already had an account before, but I have a new phone number or email

I can’t update my phone number or email

If you are receiving an error message stating that your phone number is already in use, you may have already registered for an Uber account. Users are only able to create one Uber account for both Rides and Uber Eats. If you need further assistance with your account, follow the instructions available in the “Cant sign in or request a ride” section
