Why was my order canceled?

Your order may be cancelled by either the restaurant or the delivery person. You will be notified via the app if your order gets cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, you can try ordering from the same restaurant again in a few minutes or order from another restaurant.

WHY RESTAURANTS MAY CANCEL ORDERS?

A restaurant may cancel an order because they’ve run out of an item or they’re experiencing a large volume of orders.

If a restaurant runs out of an item, you may receive a notification giving you 10 minutes to update your order before it’s automatically cancelled.

You will not be charged if the restaurant cancels your order.

WHY DELIVERY PERSONS MAY CANCEL ORDERS?

Delivery persons may decide to cancel the order because of various reasons including technical or vehicle issues, traffic, or weather conditions.

You will not be charged if the delivery person cancels your order for these reasons.

If your order was cancelled and you think you have still been charged, this may be a pre-authorisation hold. For more information, click on the link below.
