Getting Paid for Cash Trips
- When you complete a trip paid in cash, you receive the full amount from the rider. This includes our service fee.
- For trips paid via card, if your earnings are lower than the service fees from cash trips, your balance with Uber will be negative.
Managing Your Balance
- To view any amounts you owe, visit the “EARNINGS” section of your Uber App.
- When your balance reaches a certain limit, Uber will notify you to make a payment. This limit varies based on how long you’ve been active on the App.
- Repayment process is fast and required only when you hit your balance limit.
How Payment Works
- After receiving a debit notification, you have 7 days to repay the amount.
- You can find the due date in the notification sent to your inbox. Look for it there to stay on top of your payments.
How to Pay Your Pending Amounts
Always make sure to keep track of your earnings and payments to maintain a smooth experience with Uber. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to reach out through the App.
