When you accept a ride request, start by checking:

• The pickup location address
• The rider’s icon on the map for their exact spot

Riders get a notification when you’re about a minute away. If you can’t find each other, message or call through the app to connect.

Approaching the rider

• Aim to stop your car on the same side as the rider’s icon to prevent unsafe street crossing.
• If that’s not possible, message the rider or confirm with a call.
• Always prioritize road safety and regulations.

Starting the Ride

Only begin the trip when the rider is safely inside your car. Here’s a checklist:

• Confirm the rider’s name -Verify the Rider’s PIN details and accept trip if only PIN matches
• Verify the destination
• Follow the route as per the map

In case of delays

You might need to cancel if the rider:

• Isn’t at your car within 2-5 minutes of arrival (time varies by city)
• Rider PIN detail does not match -Will be informed politely if you decide to cancel
• May incur a cancellation fee, which compensates you for your time
