We check the fare details. This might extend the usual time it takes to clear the fare for payment.

Payment timing for reviewed fares

Once the fare passes our review, it’s cleared for payment. Payments are processed according to the normal payout schedule.

Reasons for payment delays

Sometimes, trips may take more time to appear on your payment statement due to an internal issue with the app or when you’ve completed a batched trip.

Steps to take for delayed payments

If a payment statement doesn’t include the trip fare:

  1. Check if the fare is still under manual review
  2. If a review is completed and you haven’t received payment, contact Support to report the missing payment
