我如何退订 Uber One 会员服务?

You can always cancel your membership in app or online. Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day to avoid incurring the charge for the next billing cycle.

If you are less than 48 hours before your next renewal, please contact support below.

If you wish to pause your Uber One membership instead

How to cancel the membership / turn off auto-renew:

Via app:

  1. Tap the “Account” icon.
  2. Tap “Uber One”.
  3. Scroll and tap “Manage Membership”.
  4. Select “End Membership” and follow the prompts

Via web browser:

  1. Open the link: https://www.ubereats.com and sign in to your account
  2. Open the menu by tapping the 3 horizontal lines in the top-left corner, 3. Click on “Uber One”
  3. Click on “Manage Membership”.
  4. Select “End Membership” and follow the prompts

After canceling your membership, you’ll still have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period. However, if you are a paused member, you will not be able to access benefits once you cancel it.

How to switch your membership plan from monthly to annual

  1. Go to the Uber One section and tap “Manage Membership”
  2. Tap “Change” in Billing Plan
  3. Choose your prefered membership plan

The “Annual Plan” will be effective after the end of the current “Monthly Plan”.

If you wish to switch your membership plan from annual to monthly instead, please contact our support below.

If you’re on a free trial of Uber One and cancel your membership, then your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
