How can I request my invoices?

  1. Go to the trips section in your profile.
  2. Locate and select the trip.
  3. Click on “view details”.
  4. In the upper right corner, select the invoice request option.

After requesting your invoice, it will be sent shortly to the email associated with your Uber account.

If you need to download your invoice again, you can follow the same steps.

How does automatic billing work?

By activating automatic billing, each of your trips will be invoiced once completed. You will receive your invoices in the email associated with your Uber account.

To activate automatic billing, go to your tax profile and in the second to last field, select “Automatic billing”.

How long do I have to issue my invoice?

Trips made in Mexico that have been successfully paid will be available for immediate invoicing at riders.uber.com/trips.

To request an invoice or a change in support, you will have up to 90 calendar days after the trip was made.
