Uber Reserve - 常见问题

What is Uber Reserve?

Uber Reserve is a Scheduled Rides option that allows Riders to request rides up to 30 days in advance.

To create an Uber Reserve request, please take the following steps:

  1. Tap the “Reserve” banner on the app’s home screen
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your request details
  3. Once you confirm those details and set up your Uber Reserve request, you will be taken back to the “Reserve” tab. From there, you can see the details of your existing Reserve requests and schedule additional Uber Reserve rides.

What makes an Uber Reserve trip different to other trips?

An Uber Reserve trip is reserved and a driver assigned in advance of the trip time. Since the driver has been pre-assigned, compared with the general itinerary, riders can enjoy a more punctual trip.

What products is Reserve available on?

Reserve trips will have Economy ride and Premium ride.

All Uber products can support Economy trips, including UberX, Comfort, Car Seat, UberXL, Uber XXL, Uber Pet, Electric and Comfort. Additionally, you can also choose Uber Taxi Reserve trips.

To reserve a Premium ride, you can request Uber Black. (The premium ride is only available in Taipei and Taoyuan)

Please note that Premium or Economy reservations’ or products availability may vary, depending on where you’re requesting your ride.

How much does Uber Reserve cost?

The estimated price of all scheduled trip options will be displayed at the time of booking.

This estimation for an Uber Reserve request will be a combination of chosen product’s price-range and a booking fee.

  • Economy reservation: NT$50~NT$150
  • Premium reservation: NT$75~NT$225

Taxi Reserve 预约费

预约 Taxi Reserve 行程需单独支付预约费。Taxi Reserve 行程的预约费如下:

  • Taxi Reserve:NT$80~NT$150
    • 在非高峰时段,新竹的预约费为 NT$100,其他城市的预约费为 NT$80。在高峰时段,预约费为 NT$150。
    • 以下是高峰时段:
      • 每周一至周四:6:00-9:59,16:00-18:59
      • 每周五:6:00-9:59,16:00-22:59
      • 每周六:2:00-3:59,9:00-13:59,16:00-23:59
      • 每周日:2:00-3:59,11:00-13:59,16:00-22:59

我何时可以查看司机的完整信息并联系司机?

确认预约的 Uber Reserve 行程后,您可以在“活动”标签卡中查看现有预约的行程详情。

  • 您可以在司机接单后到预约开始时间前 1 小时内查看车辆信息。
  • 您可以在司机接单后到预约开始时间前 1 小时内,通过优步应用消息联系司机。

我能否更改已预约行程的上车时间?

预约 Uber Reserve 行程后,您最迟可在预约上车时间前 1 小时更改上车时间。如需更改 Uber Reserve 行程的上车时间,请按照以下步骤操作:

  1. 打开优步应用,然后在底部菜单中轻触“活动”
  2. 查看历史行程和预约行程
  3. 选择预约行程,轻触上车时间旁边的“更改”按钮,即可更改上车时间
  4. 更改完毕后,屏幕上会显示“预约已更新”,您可以返回活动页面确认相关信息

如果系统尚未分配司机,您仍可在原定预约上车时间前 1 小时至 30 分钟内更改上车时间。在原定预约上车时间前 30 分钟内,不允许更改上车时间。

取消 Uber Reserve 行程

我能否取消 Uber Reserve 行程?

乘客可在行程开始前 1 小时取消 Uber Reserve 行程,无需支付任何车费。

但如果您在行程开始前 1 小时内取消,则需支付取消费用。经济专车预约的取消费用为 NT$120,奢华轿车和出租车预约的取消费用为 NT$150。

如需取消 Uber Reserve 预约,请按照以下步骤操作:

  1. 轻触“活动”。
  2. 查看历史行程和预约行程。
  3. 在选定“Uber Reserve 行程”中点击“取消”。

司机取消了我的 Uber Reserve 行程

如果系统分配的司机在预约上车时间前 1 小时内取消行程,或司机未在规定时间内上线,系统将为您重新匹配其他可提供服务的司机。
