If you forgot your password, the fastest way to update it is to use the update password link.

If you are not currently signed in, you may be prompted to sign in to your account before you can update your password.

If you are asked to enter your password, select “More Options” and choose an option you can access.

When prompted in the app, enter and confirm your new password. Your password must: * Be at least 8 characters long * Include at least 1 number * Include at least 1 non-number character

For your security, choose a unique password that you do not use for other accounts. Do not share your password by email, text, or any other form of communication. Uber Support will never ask you for your password.

After updating, your new password will be used to sign in to your account across all associated Uber apps.
