With Uber Eats for Business, you can schedule group orders for future delivery. Once you’re on the Checkout screen, select Schedule and enter the date and time you’d like to have your order delivered.
If you create the group order and the company pays for the order, you can request an update up to 75 minutes before the estimated delivery time. The merchant can see your requested updates, but isn’t required to accept the changes.
Group orders where participants pay for themselves can’t be updated.
You’ll be asked to select a secondary payment method to cover the overage on your personal profile.
You can edit the date and time before the merchant starts preparing your order.
You can update the delivery address up to 75 minutes before the estimated delivery time.
If the new address is within the merchant’s delivery range, the address will be updated, and the status will remain as Order accepted by restaurant.
If the new address is not within the merchant’s delivery range, you’ll receive an error asking you to enter a different address. You can choose to update the address or keep the original address.
