Social Security card
We can only accept an original SSN card bearing your full name, SSN, and signature.
Secondary forms of identification
You need to provide an additional form of ID other than your driver’s license.
Please visit the US Citizenship & Immigration Services website or see below for the full list of acceptable secondary forms of identification. We’ll accept either:

* A combination of documents from Lists B and C
List A documents
- US Passport or Card
- Permanent Resident Card
- Employment Authorization Document or Card
- Foreign passport with Form I-94 or Form I-94A with Arrival-Departure Record, and containing an endorsement to work
- Passport from the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) or the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) with Form I-94 or Form I-94A indicating nonimmigrant admission under the Compact of Free Association Between the United States and the FSM or RMI
List B documents
- US driver’s license
- Federal or state ID card
- Voter’s registration card
- US Military ID
- US Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Card
- Native American tribal document
- Canadian driver’s license
List C documents
- Certification of report of birth issued by the Department of State (Forms DS-1350, FS-545, FS-240)
- Original or certified copy of birth certificate issued by a State, county, municipal authority, or territory of the US bearing an official seal
- Native American tribal document
- U.S. Citizen ID Card (Form I-197)
- Identification Card for Use of Resident Citizen in the United States (Form I-179)
- Employment authorization document issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
