Timing of promotions varies

Promotions change each week, and offers vary by city and driver. Offers are based on:

• Your city
• Local rider trends
• App usage in your area

Promotions typically appear during busier times and in locations where we expect more ride requests. Since rider behavior changes by the day, month, and year, promotional offers fluctuate too.

Checking for promotions

To look for available promotions:

1. Open your Driver app
2. Tap the arrow icon at the lower-left corner
3. Select Upcoming promotions
4. View daily promotions by tapping on each day of the week

Promotions are updated weekly. If you don’t see any, check back later, but please note that there may be weeks when no promotions are available.

If you’re driving in a new city

If you started driving in a different city, it might take up to 10 business days for local promotions to become available to you.
