After updating my email
Once your email is updated, follow these steps to access your Uber Conta:
- Open the Uber Conta app
- Tap the “I already have an account” button
- Enter your CPF number (the Brazilian individual taxpayer registry identification)
- Select the “I forgot my password” option
- Confirm your date of birth or the requested personal information
- Tap “Continue”
Retrieving my new password
- A new password will be sent to your updated email
- Check your inbox and spam folder for the email
