Uber Access is a product dedicated to driving people with reduced mobility. This product is available in Paris. The driver must meet two conditions to receive Uber Access rides:
Thanks to the Access service, drivers have the possibility of receiving additional orders in addition to the usual orders. For each Uber Access trip, to compensate for the additional approach time, the driver receives the price of a similar trip on UberX + €12. The additional €12 is covered by Uber, the customer therefore pays the same price as on UberX. Surcharges and service fees apply in the same way as on UberX.
If you meet the eligibility requirements and would like to receive Uber Access rides, please provide us with the information below so that we can consider your request.
If you don’t have a vehicle suitable for transporting PRMs, please take a look at our partner offers.
