I booked a shift but can’t go online. Why?

You must be physically inside the delivery zone you booked your shift for. Check your location in the app to make sure you are in the correct area. If you are in the delivery zone and are still having issues with your account, contact the courier coordinator via Discord for further assistance. Provide all the necessary details to receive a faster response.

My access group seems wrong. What can I do?

If you believe you were assigned to the incorrect group. You must reach out to your coordinator.

What happens if I miss my reserved shift?

Missing a shift will negatively impact your Shift Adherence metric.

Does this system apply to me if I’m under 18 or with Temper?

No. Couriers under the age of 18 and those contracted via the Temper agency are excluded from this group system.
