• Helps you log back into your account when other login options don’t work.

How to log in with a selfie

When the app needs to confirm your identity, it’ll ask you to take a selfie.

1. Open the app and tap Log in.
2. If you see a Take a selfie prompt, Select it and follow the steps on the screen.
3. Make sure that you’re in good light, center your face in the frame, and hold your phone steady.
4. The system checks the photo and logs you in once it confirms the match.

That’s it! No passwords, codes, or complex recovery steps needed.

Troubleshooting

If your selfie isn’t recognized:

• Try again in better lighting.
• Remove anything covering your face.
• Check that the app has camera permission in your phone’s settings.
• If it still doesn’t work, you can select More Options and choose an alternate way to verify, or you can reach out to Support.
