You can use the Uber App to request a lease for another person. To request it, open the Uber App and follow these steps:

1. Tap on the Where you go? option and enter your friend indicated location to initiate the lease.
Note: you can only request leases for friends that are not in your same location.
2. Select the Another Person option.
3. Enter your friend contact information: you can select it from the contacts selector or write their phone number.
4. Select your friend and make sure they have an arrow on his icon.
5. Enter your friend dropoff location.
6. Tap on the Confirm User option and then, on the Request option.

Once the lease is confirmed, your friend will receive an Uber SMS with details such as the Lessor Partner estimated time of arrival, Lessor Partner name, plate number, and the vehicle brand and model.

Note: The Lessor Partner will see your friend name as it appears saved on your contacts. This includes any nickname you use instead of their name.

It is not possible to ask for more than one lease at a time. When you request a lease for a friend, you will have to wait until the lease is finished to ask for another one for you or for another person.
