What is Uber Shuttle?

Uber Shuttle is a service that runs to and from the events between designated pick-up and drop-off locations. You can book one or more seats, up to 7 days before your travel date, on a high-quality shuttle to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and convenient ride

All riders 2 years or older require a ticket and to be seated with a seat belt. Up to one rider per guardian under the age of 2 may travel for free. Riders must be 18 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult.

Trip pricing

Uber Shuttle fares are fixed based on the route and number of seats you select, plus relevant taxes. You can view the fare breakdown in your Uber app when booking.

Payment for your Shuttle must be made via the Uber app. Cash is not accepted on board the Shuttle, and it is not possible to board the Shuttle without prior reservation.

Booking trips

You can view schedules and seat availability in the Uber app. More than one seat can be reserved up to 7 days in advance. By booking in advance, you ensure your seat is reserved for your trip. Seats can fill up fast, so be sure to reserve early!

To book a shuttle in the Uber app

You can book Uber Shuttle 2 ways:

From the Home tab:

1. Enter your destination in Where To?,
2. Select the Uber Shuttle option
3. Select your preferred pickup time and how many seats you need
4. Tap Confirm to reserve your Shuttle.

From the Services tab:

1. Select the Shuttle icon
2. Enter your destination
3. Select your preferred pickup time and how many seats you need
4. Tap Confirm to reserve your Shuttle.

Once you make a reservation in the app

You will receive a confirmation email. In addition a push notification with your trip information and a QR code will be sent a few minutes before your trip from the venue starts.

Editing your booking

To modify shuttle bookings, you’ll need to cancel your scheduled trip and book a new one. You will not be charged for shuttle cancellations before the trip starts.

To cancel a booking

1. Go to Activity in the Uber app.
2. Select the trip you want to cancel.
3. Cancel the reservation.
4. You may then make a new reservation by selecting the Shuttle icon on the home screen of the Uber App.

If you can’t make your booking, please cancel as soon as possible to open your seat for someone else.

Trip or booking issues

Forgot to book a seat?

You can make a reservation up to 2 minutes before departure, as long as the shuttle has seats available.

Finding routes, stops and scheduled times

All available routes, and stops can be found in the Shuttle section of the Uber app.

To view routes and schedules in the app:

1. Select the Shuttle icon on the Uber Home screen.
2. Enter your pickup and drop-off locations.
3. You’ll see a list of all available routes between your locations.

Animal/Pet on Shuttle?

• Service animals are permitted to travel on board the Shuttle.
• Pets are not allowed on board.

Food and drinks policy

To ensure a spotless and comfortable trip for everyone, food or open drinks on the shuttles are not allowed.
