If you’ve provided contact information for your voucher recipients to Uber, you can request Uber to send individual or bulk reminders on your behalf to users to let them know about any unused vouchers.
To send a reminder:
- Sign in to vouchers.uber.com.
- Go to “All campaigns” and enter the campaign name in the search bar.
- To resend an individual invite click the arrow next to each recipient’s name you want to send a reminder to.
- To resend an individual invite, search the recipient name and click the arrow next to each recipient’s name you want to send a reminder to.
- Uber will send an email or SMS reminder on your behalf to voucher recipients.
You may only send users one individual reminder and one bulk reminder per campaign.
